The McLaren MP4-12C power comes from a mid-mounted 3.8-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, which produces around 600 bhp and 600 Nm of torque. The McLaren MP4-12C horses are sent to the rear axle through a 7-speed dual clutch transmission developed in-house called SSG.
